Court Approved Criminal Rehabilitation/Recovery Programs
When a defendant is convicted of a criminal offense the court often will require the defendant to complete one of many “self-help” programs. The completion of these programs is often a condition of probation that a court will impose. The defendant is often required to show proof to the court that they have completed the program by a given date.
