Paul Wallin - Few lawyers would choose to devote their practice to defending accused child molesters, but Tustin's Wallin has done just that – and it sets him squarely in one of the most controversial issues of our times. Detractors in the legal community consider him publicity-seeking, overly aggressive and sometimes devious, but Wallin says he's merely doing his best job of defending his clients. As for picking child-molestation cases, Wallin says many charges are sheerly imaginary, and accused adults deserve thorough defense. "If a guy comes in and swears to God on a stack of Bibles, 'I didn't do it,'" Wallin says, "I take the case. I don't care how heinous it is."
