Faced 17 Years in Prison Due to Drug Charges - Charges Dismissed

“The police arrested me for possession of 4 ounces of heroin and for other illegal drug violations. The District Attorney charged me with possession and transportation of heroin for the purpose of sale and for possession of Cocaine for the purpose of sale as well. I was facing a minimum of three years in state prison, and my total exposure on all the charges was a maximum of 17 years in state prison.
