CHARACTER REFERENCES

During this difficult time, it is extremely important that you provide us with a list of character references. We need to learn more about you from those that know you very well, so that we can present to the court your best qualities and show that you deserve the court’s utmost consideration in evaluating your case.

Here is the specific information we need from you:

• A list of 3 to 20 people who know you and can provide us information about you that is positive in nature.
• Names, addresses, and phone numbers (home, work, and cell phone numbers) of these people (when available).
• What your character references do for a living.
• How long they have known you, how well they know you, and in what context.
• A letter of recommendation from this person if requested because it may become necessary for your case.

Please provide this list of character witnesses to your Wallin & Klarich attorney and his or her legal assistant as soon as possible after retaining our law firm. This will help you maximize your chances of receiving a positive result in your case.
